1.Look at the following four
photographs and describe the rules of composition they adhere to and explain
the message (meaning)
behind the images.
picture 1 (the flags)
The image shows flags and it is aimed at the people in the image. Mid shot range with a cropped image with a (shallow or wide?) depth of field.
Image 2 (bright)
It is a symmetrical image, aimed at the Olympics event, as it is reflected onto London bridge .The colour of the image makes it stand-out, as the rest are out of focus. Large aperture and shallow depth of flied.
Image 3:
It uses rule of thirds, it is focused onto to the sand castle because the image was taken as a shallow depth of field. The photographer used it because they wanted to point the focus on the sand castle on the image.
Image 4:
The image is in black and white, and looks like it was taken in the 1950s, because of the clothes they are wearing and the way they sitting round the table. It is a cropped image .They are having a dinner or family meeting, because they are sat round the table.
All the images are around a British theme, because of the flags and there is also an Olympics . I knew some of the images straight away.

from 100 to 200 what will the shutter speed be increased to?
